Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
in the Council Chambers, Monday, October 14, 1957, at 7:17 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Muszynski.
Councilman Carr, Chairman, presided.
ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE ANNEXING LANDS TO AND DECLARING SAME TO BE A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Ordinance. Councilman Tellson made a motion
that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn. Council-
man Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 7 :56 P.M.
