COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING JANUARY 283 1957
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers, Monday, January 28th, 1957, at 8:17 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Hahn.
Councilman Carr, Chairman, presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3, 6, and 8 OF CHAPTER 7 OF GENERAL ORDINANCE NO.:3709, WHICH IS AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2, 5 and 8 OF ARTICLE II OF ORDINANCE NO. 3312 ADOPTED ON THE 8th DAY
OF JANUARY, 1940 (Bicycle License)
Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this matter. Councilman Korpal made a motion that
the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. :Motion by
Councilman Korpal,'seconded'by'Councilman Kroll, to adjourn. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting
adjourned at 8:19 P.M.
