CALL FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COM21ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA We, the undersigned members of the Common Council, hereby call a Special meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to convene at the Council Chamber at the City Hall at 8 :00 P.M., C.S.T., on the 8 th day of Novemw, ber, 1956, for the purpose of considering the following: COM ,N'I. Public Hearing on Petition of American Shopping Centers, Inc., to rezone a parcel of land containing 35 acres in the W4 of the NW-14 of S8 -T37N, R3E from "A" Residential to "C -2" Planned Shopping Center. #2. Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone Lot 5 on Plat of Burrough's Sub, from B Residential to C Commercial-- - Drinski. #3. Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone a tract of land located on the South side of Lincolnway ["Test, West of Iowa Street, from B Residential to C Commercial and E Height and Area Dist. - -Ben and Rose Medow. ��4. Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone a tract of land on the South Side of Lincolnway West between Knoblock and Sheridan,, from B Residential to C Commercial -- K and W Weist #5. Councilman Kroll seconded the Motion. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn.
