Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, March 12, 1956, at 8:11 P.M., with all members present except Councilman
Hahn. Councilman Carr, Chairman, presided.
ORDINANCE
An Ordinance amending Ordinance Zoning 3702 Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, (Lots 236, 237, 238, D. M. Shiveley 1st Addition)
Councilman Kroll made a motion that this ordinance be reported to the Council as unfavorable. Motion seconded
by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried.
There being no further Business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn.
Seconded by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.,
