Be it remembed that the Common Council of.the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in
the Council Chamber, Monday, November 28th, 1955,at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman
Pinter. Chairman Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 4068
"An Ordinance transferring and appropriating certain funds in the General Fund, Street and Traffic Fund, Firemen's
Pension Fund and City Plan Fund, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1955 and declar-
ing an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Glass moved that the ordinance be reported to the Council as favorable. Councilman Korpal seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Bestle made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8:40 P..M.
