SEPTEMBER 12TH, 1955
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting
in the Council Chamber, Monday, September 12th, 1955, at 8:17 P.K. (E.S.T.), with all members present.

ORDINANCE NO. 4062
"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund $21,820.51 to Police Department P -11 Services Personal
$10,131.15; to P -341 Clothing and Household $2,700.00; to P-724 Motor Equipment $7,887.36; and to P -726 Other
Equipment $1,102.00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for 1955 and declaring an
extraordinary emergency?.
Councilman Glass moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Beetle made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal. Notion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8 :25-P.M.
