Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in
the Council Chamber, Monday, February 28th, 1955, at 8:11 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn
presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 4028
"An Ordinance appropriating $19,000.00 from the General Fund to Fire Department Q -724 Motor Equipment of the
budget for 1955 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency ".
Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance be reported to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to
adjourn, which motion was seconded by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole
meeting adjourned at 8 :13 P.M.
