Be it remembered that the Common. Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in
the Council Chamber, Monday, December 13th, 1954, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Glass.
Chairman Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE
"An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend,
Indiana." (Garage- private).
Councilman Korpal moved that the ordinance be referred to the Ordinance Committee for further study. Councilman
Erler seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Bestle made a motion to adjourn,
which motion-,.vas seconded by Councilman Korpal. Motion- carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8:23 P.M.
