Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of
Council Chamber, Monday, March 29th, 19540 at 9:59 P.M.,
President Erler presided.
CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
MARCH 29TH. 1954
South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the
with all members present except Councilman Pinter.
We, the undersigzied members of the Common Council, hereby tail a Special Meeting of the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to convene at the Council Chamber at the City Hall at 10 :00 P.M. on the 29th day
of March, 1954, for the purpose of considering "An Ordinance transferring $2,000.00 from Q -251 Repairs of
Buildings and Structures to Q -262 Medical, Surgical and Iental of the Budget of 1954 ".

Councilman. Glass made a motion that the call be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Muszynski seconded the
motion. Motion carried.

The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion
-for suspension of rules. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion* Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes -
0 nays - 1 absent (Pinter).
The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Pinter).
There being no further business, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Nietigodski. Motion carried and the Special Meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
