Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in
the Council Chamber, Wednesday, February 24th, 1954, at 7:30 P.M., with all members present except Councilman
Muszynski. Chairman Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3964
"An Ordinance fixing the schedule of rates and charges to be collected by the City of South Bend from the owners
of property served by the Sewage Disposal Works of said City, and other matters connected therewith%
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded
the motion. Motion carriedi,
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 7 :35 P.M.
