A. Receipt of Bids
(1) Receipt of Bids for 112 S. St. Louis St. in the South Bend Central
Development Area.
(2) Receipt of Bids for 228 Sycamore in the South Bend Central Development
Area.
(3) Receipt of Bids for 331 -410 W. Wayne St. in the South Bend Central
Development Area.
B. South Bend Central Development Area
(1) Filing of Resolution No. 3174 amending the Development Plan of the South
Bend Central Development Area and setting a public hearing on Resolution
No. 3174 for 9:30 a.m., September 26, 2013.
(2) Filing of Resolution No. 3157 appropriating monies for the purpose of
defraying the expenses of certain local public improvements for the fiscal
year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014, including all
outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same shall take
effect and setting a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., October 10, 2013.

(1) Resolution No. 3155 authorizing and approving the execution of an
Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement with the Board of Public Works

(3) Resolution No. 3170 setting a public hearing on the appropriation of
Certified Technology Park revenues for the payment of certain obligations
and expenses related to their respective allocation areas and other related
matters.
(4) Filing of Resolution No. 3158 determining to appropriate monies for the
purpose of defraying the expenses of certain local public improvements for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014,
including all outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same
shall take effect and setting a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., October 10, 2013.
