COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING DECEMBER 14TH, 1953

Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of south Bend met in the Committee of the whole meeting in
the Council Chamber, Monday, December 14th, 19539 at 8:05 P.M.,-with all members present. Chairman Hahn presided.
"An Ordinance transferring funds from City Plan Commission 11. Personal Service $250900 to 2429 Printing $250.00
all of the budget for 1953 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency".
Councilman Korpal made a - motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded
the motion* Motion carried.
There being no other business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal. Motion carried, and the Committee of the whole meeting adjourned
at 8:07 P.M.
