Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting
in the Council Chamber, - Monday, July 27th, 1953, at 8:10 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn. presided.
ORDINANCE-NO. 3933
"An Ordinance transferring funds from Police Department, P -11, Salaries, $5000.00 to P -334, Other Garage and
Motor Supplies; and from Police Department, P -119 Salaries, $1000.00 to P -261, Mechanical Assistance"•
Councilman Glass made a motion that the report go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded the
motion. Motion carried*
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at Bill P.M.
