COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING MAY 11TH, 1953
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, May 11th, 1953, at 8:12 P.M. with all members presentq Chairman Icahn
presided.
ORDINANCE N09 3925
"An Ordinance providing for the collection and disposal of garbage and trash and providing penalties ".
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Erler. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8:36 P.M.
