Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, January 12th, 1953, at 8:04 P.M., with all members present* Chairman
Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3903
"An Ordinance prohibiting the passing of motor vehicles by trucks and trailers on public streets in the City of
South Bend, Indiana ".
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8:06 P.M.
