Councilman Muszynski. Chairman Hahn presided.

ORDINANCE NO. 3900
"An Ordinance transferring monies from Traffic Department, T -11, Salaries, to T-38,- General Supplies, $200, all
of the budget for the year 1952 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana "o
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 3901
"An Ordinance transferring monies from Tuberculosis Clinic, X -261, $593.05 to W -344, Board of Health; from Fire
Department, Q -11, Salaries, $500, to Q- 341 -B, Clothing; from Police Department, P -11, Salaries, $1500 to P -341,
Clothing & Household, all of the budget for the year 1952 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana ",
Councilman Niezgodaki made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8sO3 P.M.
