ICOMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING - NOVEMBER 24TH, 1952 - - --
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the 'Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, November 24th, 1952, at 8x03 P.M., with all members present. Chairman
Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE N0. 3899
"An Ordinance transferring monies from Engineering Department L -724, Motor Equipment, $50 to L -214 Telephone &
Telegraph, $50; from Fire Department Q -11, Salaries, $500 to Q -262, Medical Services, $400 and to Q -344, Medical
Supplies, $100; from Police Department P -11, Salaries, $3,000 to Board of Public Works and Safety, H -221A, Street
Lights and Traffic Signals, $3,000, all of the budget for the year 1952 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana%
Councilman Bestle made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and
at 805 P.M.
