CO3AMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING NOVE!JBER 10TH. 1952
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, November 10th, 1952, at 8:12 P.M., with all members present. Chairman
Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3897
7An Ordinance transferring monies from H -58 -B, Office of the Board, Building Contingencies., $750 to H -214,
Telephone & Telegraph and from Q -341, Fire Department, Clothing & Household, $50 to Q -211, Freight & Express's,
Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting
adjourned at 8:14 P.M*
