11 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING SEPTEMBER 22ND. 1952
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday,,September 22nd, 1952, at 8:00 P.M., with all members present.exeept
Councilman. Kbrpal and Niezgodski. President Hahn presided.
ORDINANCE N0. 3892
"An Ordinance transferring monies from P -11, Police Department Salary Fund, to P -332, Police Department Oil,
$200.00, and from H -11, Board of Public Works and Safety Salary Fund, to H -241, Board of Public Works and Safety
Fund for Advertising and Publication of Notices, $200.00, declaring an emergency ".
Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Pinter seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Glass made a motion to adjourn, which motion was
seconded by Councilman Bestle. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
