COMMITTEE OF.THE MOLE MEETING JUNE 9TH, 1952
Be it remembered that the Coy=on- Council:;9f- the -City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, June 9th, 1952, at 7:54 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn
presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3874
"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund the sum of $6,000.00 to the 1952 budget of the Civil City of
South Bend, Indiana for the purpose of a study and report on street use and parking problems in said city and
declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Erler made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as unfavorable. Councilman Bestle seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Bestle. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried, and
the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
