COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Tuesday, November 13th, 1951, at 8:09 P.M., with all members present. Chairman
Korpal presided.
"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City budget and
appropriating from the General Fund of said City the sum of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred ( #12,600.00) Dollars,
to certain other budgetary items of the 1951 budget of said city, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kemper seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to adjourn,
which motion was seconded by Councilman Tellson. Motion carried, and the Committee of the 'Whole adjourned at
8:14 P.M.
