COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING SEPTEMBER 24TH, 1951
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, September 24th, 1951, at 8:12 P.M., with all members present. Chairman
Korpal presided.
"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City Budget- aiad'appropriatingi,
from the General Fund of said City the sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred ($5,500.00) Dollars, to certain other
budgetary items of the 1951 budget of said City, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded
the motion. Lotion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Kemper made a motion to adjourn,
*hich motion was seconded by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole adjourned at
8x14 P.M.
