Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, Jude 11th, 1951, at 8:15 P.M., with all members present except Councilman
Erler. Chairman Korpal presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3824
"An Ordinance ap ropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Nine
Hundred ($900.005 Dollars, to the Engineering Department, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Kemper made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and Council adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
