I I COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING APRIL 23RD, 1951
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the 'Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, April 23rd, 1951, at 8:10 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Korpal
presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3812
ItAn Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorizing the isauance and sale of bonds of said city for the
purpose of providing funds to be applied on the cost of construction and improvement of streets, and expenses
incurred in connection therewith ".
Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Muszynski
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 3814
"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, Civil City Budget; and appropriating from
the General Street and Traffic Fund of said City the sum of one thousand four hundred ($1,400.00) Dollars, to
certain other budgetary item of the 1951 budget of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and declaring an
extraordinary emergency".
Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Tellson. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8 ::15 P.M.
