Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, March 12th, 1951, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman
Glass. Chairman Korpal presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3801
"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Six Hundred
($600.00) Dollars, to the Public Health Clinic, Department of Health, and declaring an extraordinary emergency".
Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance should go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 3802
"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Four
Thousand Five Hundred ($4,500.00) Dollars, to the Office of the Board, and declaring an extraordinary emergency's.
Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance should go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Muszyns
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Tel•lson. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8 :10 P.M.
