�1 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING FEBRUARY 26TH, 1951
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber,.Monday,,February 26th, 1951, at 8:07 P.M., with all members present. Chairman
Korpal presided.
"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Four
Thousand Five hundred ($4,500.00) Dollars, to the Office of the Board, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance remain in the Committee of the Whole until the next meetin€
of the Committee on March 12th for further consideration. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
