COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING OCTOBER 9TH, 1950
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
Meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, October 9th, 1950, at 8:00 P.M. with all members present except Councilman
Kemper. and: Councilman, Tellson.:.:Chairman Korpal presided.
"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1950 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City Budget; and appropriati
from the General Fund of said City the sum of Eleven Thousand and Eighty -two Dollars ($11,082.00); and also
appropriating from the General Street and Traffic Fund of said City the sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars
($4,900.00), all to certain other budgetary items of the 1950 budget of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend,
Indiana, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ".
Councilman Erler made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
There being no other business, Councilman Tellson made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried, and Councilman adjourned at 8 :20 P.M.
