Lotion carried. 653 SPECIAL MEETING -- AUGUST 4TH, 1950 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX IEVY FOR THE YEAR 1951 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Tellson made a notion that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on August 28th. Councilman Bootle seconded the notion. Motion carried.
