Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole
meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, July 10th, 1950, at 8:17 P.M. with all members present. Chairman Korpal
presided.
ORDINANCE N0. 3759
"An Ordinance amending Section 816 -A-g, Section 822 -B, and Section 822 -C of Ordinance No. 2243, commonly known
as the Building Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as amended by subsequent ordinances".
Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Musgrnski
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:43 P.M.
