OF THE WHOLE MEETING
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the
Whole in the Council Chambers, Monday, January 23rd, 1950, at 8:03 P.M. with all members present except
gouncilman Bestle. Chairman Korpal presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3733
An Ordinance amending Section 55, of Chapter 29, of Ordinance No. 3709, approved July 12, 1949, commonly
known.as. "Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1949 ",
Councilman Tellson moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
OHCIUNC'E N0, 3734
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $383.33 from the General Fund of the Municipal Civil City of South
Bend, Indiana, to the budgetary item C -11, Servioe- Personal, Office of the City Clerk, in the 1950 Municipal
Civil City Budget of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
Councilman Muszynski moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Councilman Tellson made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
Councilman Glass. Motion carried, and the Committee of the thole adjourned at 8;12 P.M,
