COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLRMEETIVG JANUARY 9TH, 1950
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bond, Indiana, met in the Committee of the
Whole in the Council Chambers, Monday, January 9th, 1950 at 8-.13 P.M. with all members present* Chairman
Korpal presided*
ORDINANCE NO. 3731
An Ordinance amending Ordinance Not 3702 commonly down as the Zoning Ordinances
Councilman Erler moved that the ordinance go to the Council.as favorable. Councilman Tellson.seconded the
motion* Motion carried.
ORDINANCE NO. 3732
An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No* 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Councilman Tellson moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable, Councilman Mus2ynski seconded
the motion. Motion carried*
There being no further business, Councilman Erler made a, motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by
CouncilmanKemper. Motion carried, and the Committee of the 'Whole adjourned at 8-.23 P.Y*.
