Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the
Council Chamber, Monday, December 12th, 1949, at 10:00 P.M. with all members present. President Erler
presided.
CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
The undersigned, Members of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, do hereby call a Special
Meeting of the Common Council on this 12th day of December, 1949, at 10 :00 P.M., or after adjournment of
the regular meeting, for the purpose of acting and - considering an ordinance ratifying the follovdng contracts
entered into by the City of South Bend, Indiana, on December 5, 1949, with Deeds Equipment Co., Stockberger=
