II COMMITTEE OF THE MOLE MEETING JUNE 27TH, 1949
Be it remembered that the Common Council met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall, Monday evening, June 27th, 1949, at the hour of MOM, All members were present. Chairman
Korpal presided.
ORDINANCE NO. 3705
An Ordinance transferring the sum of $80.00 from Account No. R -331, Gasoline and Oil, Department of Weights and
Measures; and the sum of $55.00 from Account No. R-333, Tires and Tubes, Department of 'rights and Measures;
and also the sum of 050.00 from Account No, R -334, Other Garage and Motor Supplies, Department of Weights and
Measures, to Account No. R -251, Repairs of City Scales, Department of 'Weights and Measures, and declaring an
extraordinary emergency.
Councilman Muszynski moved that the said ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded
the motion. Motion carried*
MOTION
Councilman Kemper made a motion that the minutes of the June 13th meetlag be read. Councilman Tellson seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
The minutes of the meeting of June 13th were read: Councilman Kemper made a motion that the minutes be
accepted as read. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being nc further business, the Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
