To the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, being the owners of the property involved, hereby petition your Body to change the zoning of
the following lots in the city of South Bend, described as follows, to -wit
Lots numbered four, five and 6 of Seebergeris Michigan Street Addition to the city of.South Bend,
locatdd at South Vichigaz3 and Victoria Streets, frontage of each lot 44 feet wide and 120 feet in depth,
from "B" Residential District and "A" Height and Area District to "C" or Commercial District and "E" Height and
Area District.

OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY: DECLARING AN AMERGENCY.
The ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman Richardson made a motion to set the ordinance for
public hearing on December 11. Councilman Hull seconded the motion. Motion carried.
