Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in special session on Friday, Octobe
13, 1944. with all members present. President Niezgodski predided.

You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of South Bend,
in the State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Council of said city is hereby called to meet at the hour
of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on October 13th, 1944 in the Council Chambers in said city for the purpose of acting upon an
Ordinance of the City known as the Truck Routing Ordinance.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith serve a copy of this notice on each and every member of the Common
Council and make due return of such service of said special meeting.
