SPECIAL CALL
I hereby call a special meeting of the Common Council for 9 :00 P.M. on the 4th day of December,
1939, for the purpose of considering the contract entered into between the Board of Public Works
and Safety and the Layne Northern Co. , Inc, for the construction of two gravel type wells at the
North Pumping Station.

This ordinance was given third reading. Councilman Pulaski made a motion that the ordinance be
adopted. Councilman Richardson seconded the motion.. Motion carried by a roll call vote of
9 —ayes, 0 Mays. .
There being no further business, Council adjourned at 9 :15 P.M.
