All members were present. President McCarthy presided. The reading of the minutes was suspended. PETITION: To the.Common Council City of South Bend Gentlemen: 'The, the undersigned property owners, retition your Honorable Body to change the zoning of the urea bounded by California_ Ave, on the Yorth, Blaine Ave. on the Hest, Van Buren St. on the South and the alley between Cottage Grove Ave. and Harrison Ave. on the Fast, which is now "A" height and area to "B" height and area. Respectfully submitted (64 Signers) Councilman Hull made a motion thr t the petition be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman. T?iezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried..
