RDINANCE
N ORDINANCE RREQUIRING THE GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILWAY
OMPANY AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL R AILWAY COMPANY ( AND /OR NEW YORK CENTRAL SYSTEM) TO PLACE, KEEP
ND MAINTAIN A FLAGMAN AT THE WALNUT AND FORD STREET CROSSINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY.
ouncilman Hull motioned that this ordinance be referred to the Grievance Committee for considera
ion and a report given to the Committee of the Whole on March 20. Councilman Niezgodski seconde
he motion. Motion carried.
