Be it remembered tht•t the Common Council met in the ReF;ulFr Session in the Council Chambers
in the City Hrll, 14- ndey evening, Novem er 14th, et the hour of 10:57 P. Cri. All members
were present except Councilman James. President Hull presided. The reading of the minutes
were dispersed with on the motion of Councilman Fish, seconded by Ccuncilman Chambers. - Motion
carried.

The undersigned is the agent for Lots J49,50, & 51 in Ba ke r and I':cHenry's Addln which _lots
are now zoned A height xjnd area district and B residen.ti2? . We aru also agent for all lots
in this addition.
We respectrully request that said Lots #49, 50 & 51 be re -zoned and classified as Light Indust-
rial. These lots adjoin the Beyers AddIn on the west, which is zoned Light Industrial.
There are no residence on this block or on the sdj,- -fining block north or on the adjo�h.Pg_1block
