Be it r-emembeled that the Common Council met in the Special Session in the City0tyrt Room in
the City Hall, November 10th, et the hour of 030 P. M.. All members were present President
Hull presided.

You Are hereby notified th^t under and by virtue of the Puthority by law vested in me Ps
ectirg., mayor of the City of iouth Bend, of the State of Indiana., a special meeting of the
Common Council of sPid City is hereby called to be held a,t.the hour of 8:30.o' clock P. K. or
Ps soon ther• -0ter as convenient, on Thursday evening, November 10th, 1938, in the City Curt
Room in said City, for the purpose of considering the following, to -wit:
AN O DTYAAICE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF $2,0009000 SEWAGE WORKS (REVENUE) BONDS OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING
THE COST TO SAID CITY OF CONSTRUCT IXG A SEWAGE TREATMENT
WORKS FOR SAID CITY, PRES'CRI'r'ING THE FORM OF SAID BONDS
AND PROVIDTNG FOR THE COLLECTION AND SEGREGATION AND
DISTRIBUTIO7 OF THE R77EAUES OF THE MUNICIPAL SEWERAGE 3 STEY OF
SAID CITY FOR THE PURPOSE' OF SAFEGUARDIYG, PROTECTING AND
PAYING SAID BONDS.

The Ordinance was given its first rep :ping by title, its second reading in full. Councilmen
Chambers moved that said ordinFnce be referred to the Committee of the Whole and public hearing
or November 14th, 1935. Councilman Rasmussen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business Councilmen Fish moved to adjourn. Councilman Goetz seconded
the motion. Motion carried. Council adjourned at 1030 P. M.
