ANNUAL MEETING January 3rd, 1938
MINUTES
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, on January 3rd, 1938, at the hour of 7:30 P. M.,.for their
annual meeting. All members Were present.

Chairman Goetz called the meetino, to order. Councilmen Chambers nominated Councilmen Hull
for president. Councilman Kerner moved thet the nomination. be closed and that the Clerk record
P unpalmous vote for Councilman Hull °ss President of the Council.
Councilman James nominated Councilman Fish for vice president. Councilman Rasmussen moved
that the nominator be closed And that the Clerk record a unamimous vote for Councilmen Fish
as Vice President of the Council.
Councilman•Hull moved. that Councilmen Goetz be re- elected se Chairman of the Committee of
the Whole. C- uncilmen Chambers moved nomination be closed, and that t.e Clerk record a, unamimoulc
vote for Councilman Goetz as Chairman of the Committee of the Whole.
There being; not further business, Council adjourned at 7 :35 o'clock P. M.
