Indiana, met in the Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday eyeing, August 30th, °19371, at the hour of 9:17 P. M. JOSEPH COUNTY tSS: OF CITY OF SOUTH.BEND ) COMMON COUNCIL To the Members of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, India.na.: You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as Mayor of the City of South Bedd, of the State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Council of said City -is hereby called to be held at the hour of-.7:30 o'clock P. M. or as soon thereafter as convenient, on Monday evening August 30th, 1937, in the Council Chambers in said City, for - the purpose of considering the udget for the Fiscal year beginning' January lst, 1935 and endt_pg December 31st, 1938 and also the Tax-Levy for the year 1935 , and the following.ordinances-t rit *Ordinance No. 224 appropriating monies for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of the City Government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fis- cal year beginning January-1. 1935, and ending December-31, 1935; including all outstanding claims and obligations, and fixing a time when the same shall take effect."
