M. All members were present except Councilman Goetz. President Fish pres- iaed. Councilman Hull moved to disperse with the reading of the minutes for the last few meet- ings. Councilman Chambers meconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Hull seconded the motion. Councilmen James moved to amend Councilman Chambers' motion to read that said ordinance be re- ferred back to the Finance Committee. Councilman Bierwagen seconded the motion. Councilmen Hull moved for roll call on the amendment. Hull, Kerner, Chambers, Rasmussen tend Palicki - 5 Rays. Bierwagen, James and Fish - 3 ayes. Councilman Chambers seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business, Councilman Chambers moved to adjourn. Councilman Hull seconded the motion. Motion carried.
