Be it remembered that* the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
Committee of the Whole in t':e Council Chembers of the City Hall, Monday evening, June 2_th, 1937,
at the hour of 7 :40 P. M. All members were present. Chairman Goetz presided.
