Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met *ith =.the
Sewage disposPl plent committee in the Council Chrmbers of the City Hall, Nednesda.y evening,
March 3rd, 1937, at the hour of 7;40 P. M. Councilman James presided as tempor?ry chairman.
(John W. Ginz moved to nominate Mr. G. F. Wiedmen as permanent chairmen. The motion was seconded
A. H. Thielens nominated. John B. Campbell as permanent chairman. The motion was seconded.
Charles C. Ward moved that the nominations be closed. The motion was seconded.
By standing vote G. F. Wiedman was elected permenent chairmen by 36 votes. John B. Campbell
received 21 votes.
Mr. G. F. Wiedmnn presided.
L. J. 011ier nominated L. J. Harwood as secretary. The motion was seconded by E. M. Dorris.
George Olsch suggested that since L. J. Harwood is a member of the School Board the nomination
should be withdrawn. L. J.'011ier withdrew his motion. E. M. Morris withdrew his second to
L. J. 011iere nomination.
A. S. Gieordeno nominated-A.-H. Thi.elens Ps secretary. The motion was seconded.
Moved nominations for secretary be closed. Motion seconded. Motion carried.
