V., or as soon there - after as convenient, on Monday evening December 16th, 1935, in the Council Chambers in said City fdr the purpose of considering the Ordinance transferring the sum of $1100.00 from certain acc- ounts in the Bo ^rd of Health to other ,- ccounts in the Board of Health for the purchasing of new automobiles for said Boarrj, and also a Resolution approving the trading in of one 1931 Plymouth Coupe, and one 1931 Studebaker Course by the Board of Health on the purchase of new cars from SchermCn- Schaus Freeman, of South Bend., Indiana, following ordinance and resolution, to -wit "An Ordinance transferring the sum'.of $1150.00 from certain accounts in the Board of Health to other ^ccounts in the Board of Health for the purchasing of new ?utomobi.les for s?id Board." "A Resolution 2pprovincr the trading in of one 1931 Plymcuth Co.:tpe, and one 1931 Stude- baker Coupe by the Boefd.1df' Health on the purchase of new cars from Scherman- Schause Freeman, of South Bend, Indiana." BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That the Board of Health of the City of South Bend. in the purche r=ing of two (2) new ^utomoe .les in the Health Dep^rtment be authorized and directed by this Council to m ?ke transfer of title to the following nut ^mobiles, all on purchase of two cars Ps herein set forth, to the Scherm?n- Schaus- Freeman donprny: 1 - 1931 Plymouth Coupe, eng-ine #253,272 serial number #1545ol5, upon $100.00 for spid car. 1 - 1931 Studebaker Coupe, ?,otor #3,413, a serial -#5,110,665 'Model 54 on rccount $220.00 on the purchase of said new automobiles.
