An Ordinance appropriAting the sum of $1500.00 from the general fund of the City of South Bend
to account numbered I -2A in the Street Department for the purpose of paying for Medical and
Hospital expenses in the Street Department for.the balance of the year 1Q35.

E. L. Howell, representing the National Fire Equipment Company bought his complaint before the
council regarding the Fire Department selling services at love prices to businesses in said city.
Councilman Goetz, moved that it be referred to the Bosrd of Safety.
Councilman Bi.erwager_, complained to the Council about trucks blocking Tutt and Fellow Streets.
Motion was made to have it referred to the Board of Safety.
