Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South fiend, Indiana, met in the
Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, July 8th, 19312 ?t
the hour of 9:53 o'clock P. M. All members present. President Hull presided. Councilman
Goetz moved that the minutes of the last meeting be dispensed with. Councilmen Rasmusses
seconded the motion. Motion carried.

REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
your Committee of the whole to whom was referred an ordinance trans -
ferring the sum of $3150.00 from certain sub - divisions of the Bo=ard of Public
Works and Safety to other Sub - Divisions of the Bonrd of Public Works and Safety.
Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion
the said ordinance should be reported favorable. Wm. Bierwagen, Chairm?n.
The report was accepted by the Council.

to the Department of Public Streets, City bf South`.Bend and allocating said
sum to various department Heads in said department for operation of street
department for balance of year 1935. Respectfully report that they have
examined the matter and that in their opinion the said ordinance should be

to suspend the rending of the report, for each Councilman had a copy. Councilman Fish seconded

An Ordinance transferring the sum of 03150.00 from certain sub- divisions of the Board of
