Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the ►egular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening October 8th, 193+ Vt the hour of 7 :50 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Vice President ►ltfeld presided. The Minutes of the previous meetingswere_ read and on Motion of Councilman Lull were accepted as read.'
