Be- it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Send, Indiana, met in the
8p @aial Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, ThursdayrYafternoon August 23rd,1934
at the hour of 4:00 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Hiss and Oakley. President
Nelson presided. •

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in us as
councilmen of the city of South Bend Indiana, a,special meeting of the common council ofsaid
city zi is hereby called for-Four (43 olclock P. M. on Thursday , August 23, 1934, for the
purpose of receiving reports and for third- readings and: taking action on the following ordinanc (s,
which titles are as follows::
An ordinance fixing the salaries of certain city officials and employees of the municipal
city of South Bend, Indiana, and repealing all ordinances and pasts of ordinances im
conflict therewith."
" An Ordinance fixing the salaries of certain city officials and employees of the
municipal city of South Bend, Indiana, and repealing all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict - therewith."
